Netgate 1100 pfSense Plus Security Gateway
The Netgate® SG-1100 with pre-installed pfSense is the ideal micro device for home and small office networks. With its compact form, low power consumption, and silent operation, it runs completely unnoticed on the desktop, on the wall, or in a cabinet.
With a Dual-Core ARM Cortex-A53 1.2 GHz CPU, three 1Gb ports, and 1GB DDR4 RAM, the SG-1100 enables up to 927 Mbit/s routing and 607 Mbit/s firewall throughput.
However, when using multiple VPN connections simultaneously, you will soon reach the limits of this firewall.
For an internet connection of more than 200 Mbit/s, we recommend a larger model.
We recommend using it:
- In the private sector for smaller households
- In a holiday apartment
- In the industrial sector
(can also be mounted in a hollow ceiling) - For lab or test applications
- For remote maintenance
- As a network server (DNS / DHCP / ...)
- For NAT applications
